Many Nations Mini-Galleries
Event Navigation

The Many Nations Mini-Galleries project consists of three display cases built explicitly to display art. The Mini-Galleries will host artwork by local Burnaby artists focusing on artists from diverse backgrounds. The project is a mobile art exhibition, travelling to different locations around Burnaby. During its launch at The Burnaby Festival of Learning, the Mini-Galleries will be situated outside South Burnaby Neighbourhood House. They will be available for viewing during business hours, May 7th from 9:30 to 4pm, May 10 & 11 from 9:30 to 4pm.
Engage with art in a casual, non-intimidating environment while exploring the natural environs. The galleries will display a scannable QR code to access expanded information about the art and the artists.
The United Way of Lower Mainland & Emily Carr University of Art & Design funded the Many Nations Mini-Galleries’ construction. The project is currently stewarded by a resident committee and supported by the Burnaby Neighbourhood House.
