Chair Yoga (also called Seated Yoga) aims to increase the physical resilience of everyone, especially seniors. This gentle physical activity is performed in a seated position. Through a series of disciplined poses, controlled breathing, and flexing exercises led by a qualified instructor, you will build stamina, cleansing, balance and flexibility. After an interesting and diverse career path, Christine returned to a long-held interest in yoga, completing her 500hr teacher training in 2015. Since then, she has taught a range of yoga classes, always with a focus on safety and caring. For Christine yoga has felt like coming home – connecting body and mind in a beautiful and powerful way.
Christine enjoys building physical strength and flexibility and more importantly encouraging others to do the same. She delights in expanding all our sense of inner beauty and clarity of spirit.
